CommandOfficer
Welcome to the Eh Team. Read #rules, grab your game roles, and say hi in #off-topic. Nobody here bites — except Kettle.
Canadian born · Worldwide welcome
Eh Team is a multi-gaming guild with Canadian roots and a global roster. We build comp PvP teams, clear PvE content every week, and we do it on comms — because nobody should have to grind alone.
01 Comms first
Every scrim, raid, wipe and roast lives in one server. Game roles keep the pings relevant, the events channel keeps your week honest, and voice chat is where the actual guild happens. Lurk if you want — we'll drag you into a lobby eventually.
Pick your games and you get the pings, LFG channels and scrim callouts that matter. Nothing else.
Weekly scheduled nights with sign-ups, plus a bot that nags you 30 minutes before first pull.
VOD review every Sunday. Bring a clip, leave with something to fix — from someone who has actually played your role.
Voice channels that respect timezones. EU and AU members run their own lobbies when North America is asleep.

02 In rotation
Our divisions run on their own captains and their own schedules. Filter by how you like to play — then go say hi in that game's channel.
Premier grind and Thursday scrims. Utility lineups, default smokes, and a captain who will absolutely make you rewatch the demo.
#cs2 · 3 rosters
Monthly wipe madness on our own server. Group bases, shared BPs, and a strict no-offline-raiding-before-8PM treaty that mostly holds.
#rust · wipe squad
Five-stacks every night, a comp roster per act, and Sunday VOD review where the coach is nice but the notes are not.
#valorant · 2 rosters
Flex queue, Clash rosters, and in-house customs on Fridays. Zero flame policy in voice — take it to a replay instead.
#league · clash team
Wipe-push groups, boss runs and insurance fraud. We share keys, we share intel, we do not share your loot.
#tarkov · wipe crew
Ranked splits with three-stack comms, plus scrim blocks for the folk chasing Masters before the split ends.
#apex · ranked squad
Mythic+ keys most nights and a Tuesday raid that clears before reset. Bring a geared main or a levelling alt — both get a slot.
#wow · raid roster
Savage prog with a patient static, a very loud cat in voice, and a standing offer to teach extremes to anyone who asks nicely.
#ffxiv · static
Day-one raids, dungeon carries and a loot curse that is definitely real. Contest-mode attempts are mandatory fun.
#destiny2 · raid crew
Difficulty 10 dives with democratic supervision. Friendly fire is a feature, airstrikes are a love language, and the pelican waits for nobody.
#helldivers · dive group
Missing your game? Ask for a channel — if four people play it, it gets one.
03 The house rules
Those aren't opposites here. We're the guild that says "good game" after a loss and then watches the replay until we know why we lost. Aggressive in the arena, generous outside it.
Sorry, not sorry.
Comp rosters, scrim blocks, set plays and honest reviews. Nobody gets yelled at for a bad round — but nobody gets to skip the VOD either.
New players get taught, not tested. Our officers would rather explain a mechanic twice than lose a good member to a bad first night.
Born in Canada, open to the world. We schedule around ET, but the EU and AU crews run their own lobbies and their own raid nights.
04 Structure
Rank is time plus contribution, not ego. Every rank is explained here because nothing is worse than a guild where the quiet people run it.
First two weeks
Grab your roles, join a few lobbies, see if we're your kind of people. No obligations, no tryout for social play.
Two weeks in
Full member: every channel, event sign-ups, and a vote on schedule changes. This is where most people happily stay.
Six months +
You know the map pool and the people. Veterans mentor recruits and anchor raid nights when a captain is away.
Appointed
Runs one game division: rosters, scrims, recruitment posts and the occasional difficult conversation about the demo.
Invited
Officers and founders. They handle the server, the money and the boring paperwork so everyone else can just play.
05 Weekly ops
Nothing here is mandatory — but this is what the server shows up for. Times are posted in Eastern Time and converted to yours automatically.
06 Recruitment
Social membership is open year-round. Comp rosters open tryouts at the start of each season — PvE and co-op never need one.
Join the server. Read #rules, then grab roles in #get-roles so the pings stay relevant.
Where you're from, what you play, what you're looking for. A person answers — usually within the hour.
Hop into any scheduled event or ping #looking-for-group. Two weeks later, you're a Regular.
Post the template below in your game's channel. A captain books a scrim block; decisions within a week.
**Game / division:** Counter-Strike 2 **In-game name + tracker:** Bram#0412 — csstats.gg/bram **Region & usual hours (ET):** Ontario, weeknights 8 PM–1 AM **Peak rank / experience:** Premier 24k, 3 seasons of scrims **Role you want:** Entry / second contact **What you bring:** Utility lineups, demo review, no ego **Anything else:** Happy to sub for two rosters
07 Questions
Still curious? Ping an officer in #welcome. We answer faster than we clear a raid tier.
Nope. We're proudly Canadian-founded and about a third of the roster lives elsewhere. You will pick up the word "eh" within a month, though. It's not optional.
Not for social membership, PvE, or co-op nights. Comp PvP rosters have a scrim-based tryout at the start of each season — post the template above and a captain will book a block.
16+ for the server. Divisions that play M-rated titles or compete in leagues require 18+, and those channels are age-gated.
No. We run teaching nights and have a standing "ask a dumb question" channel. Our best tank started with us at level 12 and now leads keys.
Prime time is Eastern (ET). EU members run late-afternoon lobbies, AU members run the graveyard shift, and Saturday community night starts earlier so Europe can join.
Yes — group applications are faster, not slower. Put your crew in one ticket and a captain will talk to all of you at once.
Both, on purpose. Comp rosters scrim twice a week and review VODs. Everyone else plays the same games with the same people, minus the homework. Nobody is forced into one lane.
